Standard shipping for oversized items typically takes 7-14 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and a call from our freight partner to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy for installed items?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition. Once a fixture has been installed, it can no longer be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturer defect.
Do your faucets and shower heads come with a warranty?
