At Blossom Kitchen & Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation projects. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixtures for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
